Aloha! I am of Kanaka Maoli (Native Hawaiian) Native American, Pacific Islander (Polynesian & Micronesian) Asian, Hispanic, European, and West/North African descent. I was raised Native, and enjoy sharing my culture and teachings with others. I have many interests and am a forever student. I am a Certified personal trainer, Yoga Alliance certified eRYT-200 and RYT-500, Reiki Master, Nutritionist+Ayurvedic Nutritionist, Mind, Body & Fitness Coach, and certified in makeup artistry and skin care. I am currently pursuing an MFA in English/Creative Writing, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in English while homeschooling & raising five children under the age of nine. I am a published poet, author and songwriter. I have had many happy experiences onstage and in front of/ behind the camera, and am fortunate to have traveled extensively. My interests are arts and crafts, herbal medicine, meditation, holistic healing, gardening, gemstones and jewelry making, and soap and skincare making. I am qualified to write about many topics.
